With a MSEE (Arizona State) and a BS-Physics (Portland State University), coupled with a youth on the farm and in factories, Phillip is a uniquely equipped problem-solver. He has worked at all levels of engineering organizations, from the entry-level technical contributor to managing global networks of labs and personnel. Phillip’s perspective is that engineering is a team sport, and that effective engineering involves diverse approaches empirically evaluated.
